AI as a gamechanger to teaching and learning,” “Zumba” and “Wait…Do I Have ADHD?” are just a few of the free sessions available to educators statewide during Kapiʻolani Summer Camp 2023, July 31–August 4.

Kapiʻolani Community College hosts the fourth annual free, online professional development program, an innovative, immersive learning experience with online sessions for University of Hawaiʻi employees, K–12 educators and anyone working in education. Kapiʻolani Summer Camp will feature a diverse range of session formats and topics, including instructional, cultural, health and wellness, and more.

All online activities will happen in real-time for maximum engagement. No recordings or replays will be available. The week-long “camp” will conclude with an exciting in-person event: Friday Field Day at Kaimana Beach Park.

See the 2023 Kapiʻolani Summer Camp program for the schedule and session descriptions. Attendees may sign up for as few or as many sessions as they like. Registration is available online. More information and up-to-date details are available on the Kapiʻolani Summer Camp website.
