U H baseball players, All-Big West graphic

Five University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa baseball players earned All-Big West postseason honors, including Cooper Walls, who was named Big West Freshman Pitcher of the Year — only the second Rainbow Warrior Baseball player ever to receive the award.

First Team All-Big West:

  • Isaiah Magdaleno: 4-1, 2.68 ERA, 71 strikeouts
  • Itsuki Takemoto: .267 batting average, 66.1 innings pitched, 21 RBIs

Second Team All-Big West:

  • Matthew Miura: .327 avg, 47 runs, Big West leader with 44 walks
  • Ben Zeigler-Namoa: Team-best .333 avg, 46 RBIs, 16 doubles

Honorable Mention:

  • Cooper Walls: 3.67 ERA, 3-3 record, 44 strikeouts. Threw shutout performances against UC Santa Barbara and Oregon State

This is the first time since 2018 that UH has had four players earn first or second-team honors.
