University of Hawaiʻi President Wendy Hensel provided an update on the most recent federal policy changes that include Pell Grants. She discussed next steps to address the strategic plan and highlighted several bright spots across the UH campuses, at the July 17 Board of Regents monthly meeting held at UH Mānoa.
