The University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo women’s volleyball earned a 2024–25 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award for achieving a combined team grade point average (GPA) of 3.30 or higher.
The award honored a record-breaking 1,450 collegiate and high school volleyball teams for their work in the classroom this past school year.
Last week, the Academic All-Pacific West Conference Team was announced with 85% of the Vulcans volleyball team having achieved a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
