The University of Hawaiʻi ʻohana is invited to support students, research and communities across the state through UH Giving Day on April 8, 2026.

While the 24-hour event is the focal point of the campaign, the work to make it successful begins well before the official launch. Early action sets the pace, sparks participation and ensures that when Giving Day officially begins, students and programs across the UH System feel the immediate impact.

UH Giving Day is a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when our community comes together,” said UH President Wendy Hensel. “Every gift, no matter the size, directly impacts our students’ ability to thrive and our faculty’s capacity to drive meaningful research for Hawaiʻi.”

UH Giving Day 2025 raised more than $800,000 from more than 1,800 donors, boosting students, research, performing arts and more across the 10-campus system. The hope is even more supporters will share in the fun and excitement this year.
