Calling all backyard gardeners, home cooks and green-thumbed families! Do you have the crispest vegetables, the most stunning homegrown bouquets or a delicious homemade creation?

The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resilience (CTAHR) invites community members to showcase their homegrown products in Hoʻonani the Harvest, a fun, family-friendly competition at the upcoming 60th Annual Hawaiʻi State Farm Fair!

Here’s how to enter:

  • The competition is open to all community members, growers and families.
  • Entries must be homegrown or homemade by the participant or their ‘ohana.
  • To view full category rules, drop-off times and to register entries, visit the official CTAHR submission page.

Ribbons and bragging rights will be awarded to top entries. Fairgoers are encouraged to visit the CTAHR pavilion during the event to view the displays and learn more about home gardening, pest management and sustainable agricultural practices directly from UH Mānoa experts.

For more details, complete the online entry form or contact CTAHR’s Oʻahu County team at ugc@hawaii.edu or (808) 453-6050.
