WHAT:         UH Community College fair showcasing programs to help working adults succeed and achieve their degrees or certificates in a convenient way.

The UH Community Colleges have a new online degree program perfect for working adults, along with a number of programs designed to get students trained and placed the workforce.

WHEN:         Tuesday, May 28, 2019, noon to 4 p.m.

WHERE:       The American Job Center Hawaii (formerly Oahu WorkLinks), 1505 Dillingham Boulevard, Suite 110, Honolulu

OTHER FACTS:

There has never been a better time for adults entering or returning to college to earn their degrees with helpful resources from the UH Community Colleges, including financial aid services, career services, academic counseling and a new online associate of arts degree.

New services and the Hawai‘i Nutrition Employment and Training program (HINET) offer eligible students funds beyond tuition for food, books and gas and a support system while attending college.

Representatives from Honolulu, Kapiʻolani, Leeward and Windward Community Colleges will be there to provide information and answer questions.
