Baking students at the University of Hawaiʻi Maui College Culinary Arts Program constructed original cake recipes for the King's Hawaiian cake competition.
Kapiʻolani CC culinary student William Barrera and Honolulu Chef Jeffery Hayashi will represent the U.S. in the renowned biennial international culinary competition Bocuse d’Or 2021.
