Description: | The Taylor Collection consists of four films that include sequences of villagers wandering through trees with a patrol officer, people gathered near a bridge, a man crossing a bridge, and a uniformed Islander. As well, scenes of the countryside, an airstrip being constructed, a plane landing, the construction of a bridge, and many different close-ups. Scenes include plane landings, goods being distributed, sluicing for gold, and aerial shots of the highlands. Also women face painting, several dances and gatherings, people carrying cans of fuel (?) along a path, goldmining, children playing, supply drop by parachute, and highlands men performing maneuvers and engaging in other training activities.
