I. Purpose

To set forth president’s authority regarding the list of actions exempt from filing of environmental impact.

II. Definitions

No policy specific or unique definitions apply.

III. Board of Regents Policy

    A. The president is delegated the authority to add to or delete from the List of Exempt Classes of Action Pursuant to Rule 1:33a of the Regulations of the Environmental Quality Commission, as operational needs change.

IV. Delegation of Authority

The president is delegated the authority to add to or delete from the List of Exempt Classes of Action Pursuant to Rule 1:33a of the Regulations of the Environmental Quality Commission.  See RP 10.204(A).
