The President is delegated the authority to promulgate practices and procedures governing parking and operation of motor vehicles on University campuses.  In consideration of the uniqueness of each campus, the President delegates authority to Chancellors to promulgate practices and procedures to govern parking and operation of motor vehicles on the Chancellor’s respective campus in the context of Title 20, Chapter 12, Parking and Operations of Motor Vehicles, Hawai‘i Administrative Rules.
