To establish the delegation of authority to execute revenue-generating corporate sponsorship agreements for the Office of Intercollegiate Athletics, University of Hawai‘i at Hilo.

Chancellor, University of Hawai‘i at Hilo, to execute contractual documents, consistent with applicable law, Board of Regents Policies, and University Administrative Procedures, for entering into revenue-generating corporate sponsorship agreements for the Office of Intercollegiate Athletics where the fair market value of cash and in-kind support to be received does not exceed $25,000.
            
There shall be no further delegation of this authority by the Chancellor to other designees. In addition, the Chancellor shall provide a report to the President semi-annually identifying, at a minimum, the subject matter, contracting party, fair market value of cash and in-kind support to be received, term, and date of execution, of all contracts executed by the Chancellor under this delegation of authority.
