I. Purpose

To set forth policy on faculty sick leave.

II. Definitions

No policy specific or unique definitions apply.

III. Board of Regents Policy

    A. Faculty sick leave policy for Unit 7 faculty of the university shall be in accordance with the provisions of the most current collective bargaining agreement or, in the absence of applicable collective bargaining provisions, in accordance with policies promulgated by the president.

There is no policy specific delegation of authority.
