I. Purpose

To set forth policy regarding travel per diem.

II. Definitions

No policy specific or unique definitions apply.

III. Board of Regents Policy

    A. All university personnel traveling on university business shall be authorized per diem rates and benefits equal to comparable bargaining unit’s policies. Per diem in excess of prevailing rates shall be permitted only where expressly provided for in contracts or grants.

IV. Delegation of Authority

There is no policy specific delegation of authority.
