List of Potential Candidates Delivered to Governor
On March 20, 2025, the Council delivered to Governor Josh Green's office a list of candidates for one Maui County seat on the University of Hawaiʻi Board of Regents.
A list of four candidates was provided, from which one may be nominated by the Governor for appointment to the BOR effective July 1, 2025, with consent of the Hawaiʻi State Senate.
