UH Lynda.com Accounts

Information Technology Services (ITS) has established an agreement with LinkedIn for a limited number of LyndaCampus online accounts for the University of Hawaiʻi (UH). In efforts to meet ADA compliance standards at UH, active UH faculty and staff that need access to accessibility training and tutorials may request for an account. All accounts are valid until September 30, 2019.

Request for a UH Lynda.com Faculty/Staff Account:

If you are an active UH faculty/staff needing ADA compliance training, click on the button below to request for a Lynda.com account. You will be asked to login with your UH Username and password. An email from Lynda.com will be sent to you within 2-3 business days to either create a new account or connect with an existing account (please check your Spam folder as this email often gets filtered there). If you are unable to request for an account or can not locate the email from Lynda, please email sladmin@hawaii.edu for assistance.

    NOTES:
  • Accounts are provided to active UH faculty and staff for ADA compliance training
  • (1) Account is valid for (1) user
  • All accounts under this program are valid until: September 30, 2019.
  • UH subscriptions are equivalent to a Premium Lynda.com Account. [Accounts purchased directly from Lynda.com online are valued from $19.99/month for a Basic Account and $29.99/month for a Premium Account.]

Q: Where can I find Accessibility Training?
A: Visit https://www.hawaii.edu/access/training.html for recommended Lynda.com courses and other resources at UH.

Q: Can I download videos and watch it later?
A: Yes. The UH account is equivalent to a Lynda Premium Account, which provides you with this option. With an active subscription, you have the ability to download and watch videos offline. You would need to be logged into either the mobile, desktop or TV app. Details can be found at:
