The Department of Second Language Studies held its annual Department Orientation on Friday, August 23rd, which was followed by a Welcome Cooler hosted by the SLS Student Association. Faculty, staff, and students were able to meet each other informally over food and drink, and were welcomed by a light Mānoa rain.
