Residents in the Western Region may qualify for a reduced tuition rate through the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE; BA) or Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP; Graduate Certificate, MA, PhD)!
Residents in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam may be eligible for a tuition rate 150% of the current Hawaii resident tuition.
