In order to provide a visual display of the key components of the Reporting and Investigation Procedures, this flowchart has been developed to further illustrate the information contained in Interim Executive Policy 1.204.

Note: The University of Hawaii’s Interim Executive Policy 1.204 is a provisional policy to meet the University’s compliance obligations while it consults with various stakeholders, including the exclusive collective bargaining representatives of the University’s faculty and staff under HRS, Chapter 89.
