Vehicles shall be returned to the Gas Pump attendant for refueling during operating hours. Vehicles returned after 3:30 p.m., but before 4:30 p.m. shall be parked at the gas pumps and the keys returned to the Office.

Written procedures for emergency conditions and after-hour return of vehicles are provided to the driver at the time the vehicle is picked up.
