 • Posted 7/28/08:   Clarification on checked baggage fees from the State Procurement Office.
 • Posted 6/25/08:  In response to rising fuel prices, the IRS announced 6/23/08 that it will increase the standard mileage rate from 50.5 cents to 58.5 cents, effective 7/01/08 thru 12/31/08.  This applies to all bargaining units except 08 & 88 (APT).  See the Allowable Rates page for most current tables.
