MyUH Academic Services Scheduled Downtime: 2:00 am to 4:15 am (HST), Subject to Change
Incoming students (newly accepted, those re-admitted to UH Manoa, and transfer students) must meet all health clearance requirements that were requested in your acceptance letter, e.g. TB test and MMR vaccination. You cannot register for classes until all health requirements have been met. Visit www.hawaii.edu/myuh/healthform for the necessary information and Health Clearance Form, or call University Health Services Manoa at 956-8965. Fall 2009 submission deadline: July 15.
