Microsoft Office 2021 Information

Microsoft Office 2021 End of Support

Microsoft will soon end support for Microsoft Office 2021.  This means that Microsoft will no longer provide software updates, technical assistance, or security updates for these products.  Refer to Microsoft's Office Lifecycle FAQ for more details.

As a result, ITS will be ending support for Microsoft Office 2021 on September 30, 2025. ITS recommends that UH users with Microsoft Office 2021 upgrade to a supported Microsoft license before this date. Running an unsupported, unpatched software is a security risk to all users and devices on the UH network.

General Information

Microsoft Office helps you complete common business tasks, including word processing, email, presentations, data management and analysis, and more.  Office 2021 is sold as a one-time purchase, which means you pay a single, up-front cost to get Office apps for one computer.
