Mission Statement:

    The University of Hawai'i Bookstore system is entrusted with the responsibility for providing the University community with the academic tools and resources necessary to further the educational learning and research environment of the University of Hawai'i system.

    Our primary responsibility is to provide "core educational material" for the University community at a reasonable price and of the highest quality, while keeping current with the latest trends in educational and resource material.

    We endeavor to provide these services with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by treating our customer with dignity and respect in building a lasting relationship with our customer throughout their academic and post-academic career.

The Bookstore system is responsible for the operations of all University of Hawai'i Bookstores and for the planning and direction for future developments and improvements.  The Bookstore system provides overall policies and direction for all branch bookstores, including financial accounting, training, and technical support.
