1. Which aspects of the course were most valuable? |

As an accounting course, ACC 201 was almost entirely valuable. The text book was descriptive and
helpful, and the lecture videos were helpful in filling out the ideas presented by the text. The
homework and tests were reasonable and straightforward.
This course was very detailed and pushed me to read basically everday to understand the material. The exams were very challenging and pushed me to learn. Also Mr. Kamida gave detailed instructions and great videos to help with the learning process.
The online lectures were great! I definitely didn't feel like I had to be in a classroom setting. If i
wanted, I could always view the video lectures whenever I needed to.

I did not use the additional online resources provided by the text book company.
All assignments really helped me to grasp the concepts. I can;t think of any draw backs.

Assignment on wileyplus - though it is good practice, it can be frustrating
sometimes to complete the assignment without any help/hint to derive at
certain answers unless we email the lecturer.

3 chapter review in one exam with a time limit is hard.
Online format, far behind current technology for user accessibility.
Unfortunately I have a problem with keeping up on homework for these online
classes.

The least valuable aspect of the course is not being able to get hands on instructions or examples from the instructor like you would find in a classroom environment.

Mr. Kamida is knowledgeable and direct, which is very helpful in a topic like accounting.
He was readily available for questions through email. I had several questions and he pointed me in the right direction very quickly.
He answered all questions and returned e-mail back to me right away when I had questions. He
provided video lectures which was accessible anytime we wanted to view it. This is the best online
class I've taken so far!
He is excellent, help a lot, if I didn't understand
He is very responsible and patient given the nature of an online class. He
replies questions and emails promptly and his tone of voice is not boring at
all during the online lectures, which helps learning when one is not
struggling to stay awake :)

He explains everything you need to know on each chapter very thoroughly with videos and sample problems and also has the wiley plus program to back up the teachings. Overall the content is readily available to you to learn all you need to know.

He's pretty much got the whole valuable and helpful thing down.
That he wasn't available all the time. I understand this can't be helped, but online classes are worked on 24 hrs a day. I know its impossible to get him all the time, but on occassion we can only do work late at night and require some sort of response.
It seems like he wants his students to learn, but he doesnt seem that friendly.
Theres nothing negative about Mr. Kamida's instructional design. If there was anything that needed improvement it was my own study habits.
Need to inform students if assignments differ from exam. There is a disconnect.

I was very pleased with this class, and will be taking future accounting classes with Mr. Kamida if
they are offered online.
Overall, this was a tough class. The study materials were great and helped tremendously. Effort = A

I liked the class very much and I look forward to more on line classes in the future. My goal is to complete ACC 202 with Mr. Kamida.
