Demo: MYQIP (My Quality Improvement Program)

Step 1: Project enrollment

Practitioners will review the available MYQIP projects on the MYQIP home page. This page will list projects that are actively enrolling participants. Practitioners can review each of these projects. The project description will include the time line and the data collection requirements. The e-mail address of the PCL is also listed so that any questions about the project can be forwarded to the PCL. If one of these projects interest them, they can enroll in the project. An enrollment fee must be paid at this time
