Step 12: PCL summarizes reviews nd reflections of the group in the follow-up period.

During this step, the PCL will receive this E-mail message to start step 12.

Date: October 1 [due date 11 + 1 day] Dear Dr. Loren Yamamoto [PCL]: As the project community leader of the MYQIP project HPV Immunization Rates In Adolescent Females, all project participants should have entered their reviews and reflections of the follow-up data on the MYQIP project web site as of September 30 [due date 11]. You must now review the reviews and reflections of all the participants and enter a summary of these on the MYQIP project web site. The deadline for entering your summary (at least 100 words) of the group’s reviews and reflections of the follow-up data on the MYQIP project web site is on October 7 [due date 12]. Thank you very much for your continued efforts in leading this MYQIP project.
