This project is almost completed. The next step is for the Project Community Leader to summarize these which I have listed below. You should review this summary and then submit your evaluation of this MYQIP project on the MYQIP project web site by October 21 [due date 13]. Once your evaluation is received and the PCL confirms that you have met all the requirements for this MYQIP project, you will receive a certificate of completing this MYQIP project which earns CME credit and MOC Part 4 credit. If you have an active Pedialink account, your CME Transcript in Pedialink will automatically be updated with this CME and MOC credit. Here is my review of this project: [Insert PCL’s final summary here] Dear Group: I enjoyed reading the reviews and reflections of the group. Thank you for completing these reviews and reflections on time. Most of us were successful in improving our practice performance. As a group we experienced some successful PI methods and some that were no so successful. This process is actually a cycle that can be repeated over and over again with new improvement methods. Although our MYQIP project will be ending soon, it should not be the end of performance/quality improvement. This project has likely improved the HPV vaccination status of real patients in our practice. This type of activity demonstrably improves patient outcomes. This is something that is difficult to demonstrate for other types of professional education. You ahve all done a great job and you have made my role as PCL very easy and enjoyable. You will now need to complete an evaluation of this MYQIP project to receive MOC4 credit. It has been a pleasure to work with all of you. We did it !!
