All MYQIP project information will be kept on this web site. The next step is to collect baseline data. This will start on March 11 [due date 2]. You must review 10 (or more) patient encounters or patient charts and measure/determine the study measurement: Review charts of adolescent females. If the patient has completed at least two HPV vaccine doses, then score this as a “yes”. If not, then score this as a “no”. When you complete your observations (minimum sample size is 10), you must enter your data on the MYQIP project web site. You will need the number of observations (n) and [the number of successes or positive results or the mean value of these observations, MYQIP selects the proper option depending on the variable type that was selected].
