Demo: MYQIP E-mails

Step 5: Project Community Leader (PCL) summarizes the reviews and reflections of the group in the baseline period (1 week).

During this step, the Project Community Leader (PCL) will receive this E-mail message to start step 5.

Date: April 23 [due date 4 + 1 day] Dear Dr. Loren Yamamoto [project community leader]: As the project community leader of the MYQIP project HPV Immunization Rates In Adolescent Females, all project participants should have entered their reviews and reflections of the baseline data on the MYQIP project web site as of April 22 [due date 4]. As the PCL, you must now review the reviews and reflections of all the participants and enter a summary of these on the MYQIP project web site. The deadline for entering your summary (at least 100 words) of the group’s reviews and reflections of the baseline data on the MYQIP project web site is on April 29 [due date 5]. Thank you very much for your continued efforts in leading this MYQIP project. [insert timeline here]
