The UH Office of Research Compliance will be conducting an interactive Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) training session on September 12, 2017, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm at the UH Manoa Information Technology Center. Students and post-doctoral scholars who receive research support from NSF, NIH, or USDA-NIFA are required to participate in RCR interactive training.
Jacob Kowalski - Achieves CIP
The Human Studies Program of the Office of Research Compliance is pleased and very proud of the recently announced accomplishment of Jacob Kowalski who passed the Certified IRB Professional (CIP) examination in March 2017.
A guidelines/checklist is now available to assist investigators and instructors in completing animal use protocols for submission in TOPAZ. The link to the checklist can be found on the IACUC Protocol (TOPAZ) page. The checklist itself is here:
