17th Annual International Festival at Kapi‘olani CC

Educational, interdisciplinary and designed to deepen your appreciation of history, culture, language, and traditions of the world the 17th Annual International Festival at KCC promises to be another fine week of international education. KCC faculty, staff and students along with guests from the UH system will join together to present timely lectures, panel discussions, art exhibits and more to enhance your knowledge of Asia and the Pacific. Performing arts, fine art, culinary arts, ethnomusicology, science and geography panel discussions, international films and more.

On opening day Mon., March 14 there will be a Hawaiian blessing and the Parade of Cultures. In addition, on two days of the festival there will also be a Native Hawaiian Health and Craft fair, as well as cultural demonstrations of folk art. We hope that you can all attend during this week of events and support international education on our campus.

The theme of this year's International Festival is HUMANITY.
