To celebrate Constitution Day, join the Richardson School of Law and the American Constitution Society in a discussion about American government conduct and the detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Panelists include Ken Kipnis, philosophy; Neal Milner, political science; Robert Perkinson, American studies; and Jon Van Dyke, law. The panel will be moderated by Aviam Soifer, Dean, School of Law.
The program will be available via HITS to all UH campuses. At Manoa, it will be held in Kuy 201. For other campuses, please check with your respective HITS facilities.
