Cha-do: The Korean Way of Tea

Brother Anthony, emeritus professor of English literature at Sogang University, will survey the history of tea in Korea from its introduction, along with Buddhism, from China and highlight the different roles tea played in the Koryŏ and Chosŏn periods and afterward. He will conclude with comments on its place in contemporary Korean life. Brother Anthony is author of several works on tea, including The Korean Way of Tea: An Introductory Guide (2007).
