H-1B Information Sessions
November 16, 12:00pm - 1:30pm
Mānoa Campus, Queen Lili'uokalani Center for Student Services, Room 208
Presented by prominent Honolulu immigration attorneys, these sessions will cover general information on the H-1B work visa category, and the policies and application procedures required. This type of visa allows non-immigrants to work in the U.S. under the sponsorship of an employer. These sessions are open to anyone interested in understanding this visa category, whether you are considering it now or in the future. Recent graduated international students in J-1 or F-1 visa statuses who are already employed via authorizations such as Academic Training (AT) or Optional Practical Training (OPT), or who will soon graduate and are looking to extend their stay through employment, will find these sessions especially helpful in exploring another option for their careers.
