Social Justice Work at Richardson

October 5, 11:00am - 12:00pm
Mānoa Campus, Virtual Add to Calendar

Native Hawaiian Rights. Environmental Justice. Scholar Advocacy. Innocence Project. Medical-Legal Partnership. Ulu Lehua Scholars Program. These phrases represent the William S. Richardson School of Law's commitment to social justice work. In much the same way that the law school's namesake ensured that the "little guy" had a voice in a courtroom, Richardson students and faculty are at the fore of groundbreaking scholarship and advocacy on behalf of the underprivileged and underserved in our community. Please join Professor Troy J.H. Andrade, Director of the Ulu Lehua Scholars Program, to learn more about the diversity of the Richardson community and the school's commitment to social justice work. This presentation will be provided via Zoom. Register for the event here:
