NDPTC Third Thursday Webinar: Wildfire Mitigation Strategies

Over 500,000 acres have been victim to wildfires in the United States this year. Implementing strategies to reduce uncontrolled wildfires is paramount.

Our virtual training will focus on assessing damages following a major wildfire, working with communities to proactively address possible risks, and engaging with technological advances in fire detection. Urban planners, hazard mitigation professionals, emergency managers, government officials, engineers, and non-governmental organizations with an interest in this topic will benefit by registering for this free one-hour seminar.
