Passion in Paradise: Argentine Tango for Everyone

Learn the fundamental elements of tango that will allow you to dance on the dance floor. The course is meant for complete beginners or those who have some experience and want to practice or improve their basic tango technique. Topics include the essence of leading and following, musicality, fundamental linear, rotational and traveling movements, leader and follower technique, social dance etiquette and moving around a crowded dance floor.
No partner or previous experience is required. Wear clothing that is easy to move in and shoes that are tied or strapped on the feet with leather or slippery soles to facilitate ease of spinning and movement on the floor. Each class is 1 1/2 hour long.
