Manoa Dining Services is bringing Chef Alan Sallis of London, England to the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus. This effort is part of Sodexo’s Global Chef Program, which flies culinary leaders from around the world to educate as well as delight students with authentic plates of food from around the globe! Chef Alan Sallis will be on campus from Sept 29th - October 1st, dazzling students with authentic English fare at Hale Aloha Café, Gateway Café, and the Campus Center Food Court. If you haven’t tasted Bubble & Squeak before...this is your opportunity to try this and other English dishes!

Global Chef Alan Sallis is Executive Chef at City University in London, England. Chef Sallis has held culinary leadership positions for the past 22 years at numerous prestigious locations such as HSBC Tower, European Bank/Merrill Lynch, BP International, and BBC Broadcasting House.
