Framework for Implementation

Coordinated by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Strategy (OVPAS), the UH Systemwide Implementation Steering Committee strives to ensure that strategic planning priorities remain prominent in UH system decision-making. The steering committee includes systemwide leadership and key stakeholders for each of the four imperatives.

The key imperatives for the UH System strategic plan were grounded in the conversations that took place over the last several years between the Board of Regents, the President, and our campus communities. The intent was to develop a set of imperatives to govern decision-making based upon as broad a conversation as possible. Implementation actions are organized around the four imperatives.
