If you’re a small business or startup or thinking of starting a business and have legal questions, you may make an appointment for a FREE, half-hour consultation. You will meet with students from the William S. Richardson School of Law, supervised by their professor, an experienced attorney.

Students are trained to discuss basic questions relating to:

• Choice of entity
• Formation and governance of limited liability companies and corporations
• Protection of names and trademarks
• Other business law matters
