An introduction to the basic structure of the Japanese language, including proper pronunciation, grammar, basic vocabulary, and simple everyday conversation.
Elementary 1 follows lessons 1 through 6 of Japanese for Busy People, Volume I. In addition to the lessons, classes include language study through games, activities, demonstrations of Japanese culture, and practice with native Japanese speakers.
