Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking Town Hall, which will explore why democratic backsliding is occurring and what can be done about it. Panel discussion to be followed by a moderated town hall-style event where public participation is encouraged.

The 2023 Fulbright Canada Colloquium Town Hall is a partnership of the College of Social Sciences at UH Manoa; Fulbright Canada; SUNY Plattsburgh; and the Canadian Consulate in San Francisco.
