Manoa Dining Services is conducting a "Recipes From Home" challenge and is looking for recipes that may be served at Gateway Café on campus. Have a delicious family recipe that you want to share?

Recipe entries must be submitted no later than Friday, 2/19/16.

At Gateway Cafe, submit recipes for the following 4 categories (to be featured week of February 29th):

  • Vegan/Vegetarian entree
  • Regular entree
  • Soup
  • Dessert

    • Recipes should include the recipe name, all measured portions, cooking directions, and have ingredients that are not too difficult or expensive to source. We ask that you please don't submit any copy-cat restaurant recipes. Copy-cat restaurant recipe submissions will be disqualified from selection.

    Our chefs will choose the recipes to be added to the menus during the contest week. The final winners will be selected from each category based on the number of portions served/sold, Dtxt votes (text RFHManoa + name of recipe item to 82257), and by our staff reviews.

    $25 Manoa Dining Services Dining Dollar gift cards will be awarded for all winning recipes.
