“‘Living Whole’, Mind, Body, Spirit,”

Psychotherapist and educator, Jane Ayres, M.A., LMHC, presents “‘Living Whole’, Mind, Body, Spirit,” at 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. in the Library’s second floor exhibit space. Students, faculty, staff, and the community are welcome.

Part I – ‘Mind’ – discusses the Cognitive-Behavioral strategies for positive thinking including Progressive Relaxation Technique and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

Part II – ‘Body’ – discusses the physiology of our mental and overall health – the mineral balance in our body which is the underlying cause of depression, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, OCD, addictions, etc. These mineral imbalances are easily modified thus preventing dependence on pharmaceuticals.

Part III – ‘Spirit’ – discusses our belief system and the impact that it has on our overall health and well-being.
