Following a brief presentation of the problem and a few ideas regarding solutions, there will be an open-microphone discussion to share ideas. This event was stimulated by many colleagues feeling extremely frustrated by the way science is increasingly being ignored, misrepresented, and abused during the emerging "post-truth" age in the United States. My hope is that we will all come away inspired to take positive action for meaningful change.
