Its almost that time of the year! Are you in the Thanksgiving spirit yet? Well, you should get in the Thanksgiving spirit with us, your student government. The ASUH will be hosting their traditional Mahalo MÄnoa Thanksgiving event on Thursday, November 15, a week before Thanksgiving. It will run from 4 pm - 6 pm at the Campus Center Courtyard.
There will be FREE food, FREE entertainment, Thanksgiving activities, a food pantry, t-shirt and prize giveaways.
You can get a FREE t-shirt by donating four non-perishable goods or toiletries (e.g. ramen packets, cup noodles, canned goods, feminine hygiene products, toilet paper, etc.)! All donated non-perishable goods and toiletries will be given to the school’s NEW Food Pantry just in time for the giving of thanks.
We will also be having fun challenging Thanksgiving activities for you to win some cool prizes and there will also be “ono kine grindz†for you to enjoy with your friends for the Thanksgiving holiday!
IMPORTANT:
ALL shirts are on a first-come, first-served basis WITH your four non-perishable goods or toiletries, (e.g. ramen packets, cup noodles, canned goods, feminine hygiene products, toilet paper, etc.) Limited supply.
Please bring a VALID, UH MÄ€NOA student ID. Must be a full-time, classified, undergraduate student at UH MÄnoa.
