This one-day course offers essential methods, systemic processes, and customizable tools and strategies for optimal energy usage in buildings and facilities, including mitigation of environmental consequences and reduction of operating costs. Learn how to troubleshoot existing systems, operate equipment effectively to save energy, and conduct building energy assessments and benchmarking. Course materials include checklists, sample audits, and graphical representations utilizing Microsoft Excel programs.

Instructor: Rory S. Reiley is an engineer, entrepreneur, and educator with over 15 years of teaching experience on Building Operations and Energy Management at the University of Hawai‘i. He is president of the Hawai‘i Building Engineers Association.
