Please join us for the NDPTC/DURP "Third Thursday" Presentation on October 17, 4:30-6:30 pm at UHM Saunders Hall Room 116: "Moving on up: Adaptive migration and climate justice in coastal Louisiana" by Marla Nelson, PhD, AICP. Dr. Nelson is a Professor of Planning and Urban Studies at the University of New Orleans where she coordinates the accredited Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) program. Dr. Nelson’s expertise is in inclusive, equitable development and adaptation. Dr. Nelson has published widely on post-disaster recovery, redevelopment and relocation policy.
