Students from the UH School of Law will be lending their knowledge to students and faculty with legal questions about their startup. The students are trained to discuss legal topics, including entity types, company formation and governance of limited liability companies, protection of names and trademarks, and other business law matters. The clinic is being hosted in sPACE at the Shidler College of Business for two days only. Appointments are required and scheduled on a first-come; first-served basis.
